the 50th Anniversary of the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust
Guest Performer: Floeur Alder, Dancer and Choreographer
will perform an excerpt from Beautiful Witness
TIME: 7:00pm mingle, canapés and drinks, 7:30pm sit down
COST: $80 per person includes Canapés, drinks and 2-course meal

Dukkah rubbed beef and asparagus with horseradish cream (gf)
Prawn, grapefruit and coconut sesame baskets
Steamed pumpkin dumplings with chilli and sesame dip (v)
MAIN COURSE:
Roasted Mount Barker chicken roule with baked ricotta, spinach and basil stuffing
accompanied by mustard and pea fricassee and jus
